Interview with Johannes Albrecht
To get to know Johannes Albrecht a little better, we asked him a few questions:
What is a person of trust? Is there anything that distinguishes you as a person of trust?
A person of trust can be approached in confidence by anyone in the department, especially in cases that cannot be discussed with direct superiors. These can either be cases in which the direct superiors are affected or biased, but also cases that need to be treated with particular confidentiality.
What kind of concerns can I come to you with?
I am available for all matters that cannot be discussed with your direct supervisor.
How can I tell if my supervisor is not being fair to me? What can I do in this case?
The best thing to do is to speak to your supervisor directly. If this is not possible, you can also contact the person you trust.
My supervisor has not behaved fairly, but I don't want to blacken anyone's name either. How can I be sure that I won't make my situation worse if I talk to you?
All conversations with the confidant are strictly confidential. I will not take any action as a result of these confidential conversations without direct agreement and consent.
What is the best way to contact you?
The best way is by e-mail: johannes.albrechttu-dortmundde
